Eugene wants to start an education programme to be an official climbing instructor. However he quit school early and it’s hard for him to study. The school is also far away and he doesn't have a car. In the mountains the internet connection is very poor so online school is not an option. The country is very unstable at the moment so the paperwork also takes a lot of time.
