PHIL'S CASTLE
The Northside is known for its high mountains and glorious castles. It creates countless opportunities to go climbing or visit these marvelous castles. So, why not combine the two?
Phil’s castle offers guided climbing tours to an amazing castle where you will be able to spend the night. Our climbing tours range from beginner to expert level to give everyone a chance to enjoy this experience. Our guides are Amefian locals who know these mountains inside and out as their national sport is climbing. If you are not a fan of climbing, there is also an amazing hike up to the castle or even a chairlift that takes you all the way up to the castle.
The castle itself has four double rooms, three single rooms and four family rooms that can accommodate up to five people.

During your stay, you can also enjoy some workshops. Phil’s castle offers climbing lessons for tourists who want to tackle our mountains. As Northern Amefia has many copper mines you will have the opportunity to visit on of the mines and experience what it is like underground. The copper harvested in the mines is also used to create jewelry. So, for visitors interested in arts and crafts jewelry making workshops will be organized.
Our concept is aimed at Amefian locals and tourists who want to experience a unique and adventurous getaway.

Place
Phil’s castle is located high up in the Northern Amefian mountains surrounded by beautiful greenery, small rivers and even waterfalls. There are countless hiking trails to go on long walks through the hilly and green mountains.

All in all, it is the perfect place to forget all your worries and really become one with nature.

Price
Phil’s castle offers 3 types of rooms: a single, double, or family room. The prices start from as low as €55 for a single, €95 for a double and €140 for a family room. These prices include breakfast and one workshop of choice. You can always book more workshops. The prices range from €10 - €65.
On the property there is a small supermarket where essentials for a lunch on the go can be found. Phill’s castle also has a restaurant where you can get a three-course meal cooked by locals for €45/ person.

Promotion
Phil’s castle is not that big as it only has 11 rooms. Therefore, we would primarily stick to word-of-mouth advertising, especially for the locals. However, we also want to reach tourists from other countries so we have a website where availability can be checked. Because we also want to attract younger people, we will also advertise through sponsored posts on social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
