For 15 years, King George supported the project of a museum about Amefia’s history. Almost three years after his tragic passing, his two sons, King Louis and King Harry, will inaugurate what was their father’s dream and biggest project.
This inauguration will take place on the 20th December in Juporia. It will be the first public appearance of the two kings together since King George’s funeral, the 7th January 2020. This event could allow the two kings to show themselves together for this last tribute to their deceased father.
What will this museum be about?
Amefia’s History Museum tells the story of our country, from its creation to nowadays. By walking through its collections, people will be able to understand how Amefia came about. A special room will explain the importance and the role, of King Philip I more than 200 years ago.
King George wished through this museum to allow people and tourists to understand our history and our national wealth like opium and gemstones. That’s why an aisle is dedicated to each one of these products

Why did this museum almost not open?
On April 2020, King Louis and King Harry decided to split our country in two: the north side and the south side. However, the future museum was under construction in the capital, Juporia, which is located in the Southside of Amefia. That’s why King Harry stopped the construction demanding the relocation of the museum to the north side, against King Louis’s will. After months of negotiations, to pacify the conflict and to avoid a big loss of money, it was decided to let the museum in its original location. However, a specific area dedicated to the north side has been created.
Finally, if you are in Juporia area, you can visit this museum for free from the 21st of December to the 9th of January, if you are a citizen of Amefia. Come to visit it and discover the history behind our great country.
